Anne is a Certified Public Accountant with over a decade of experience supporting businesses in meeting their compliance and financial reporting needs. Since 2012, she has worked with entrepreneurs and organizations across various industries, providing guidance on Philippine tax compliance, financial reporting, and practical business matters. She began her career in audit, where she built a strong foundation in accuracy and regulatory standards, and later transitioned into accounting and consulting roles that involved close collaboration with business owners. Over the years, Anne has led CPA teams, managed client engagements, and supported both local and international clients in establishing sound and reliable financial systems. As founder of Polaris, Anne takes a hands-on, client-focused approach, combining technical expertise with clear communication to support her clients’ long-term stability and growth.
Pinky Sebastian

Pinky G. Sebastian, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), is a seasoned accounting and business advisory professional with over 10 years of experience delivering high-quality financial management, tax compliance, and regulatory advisory services to local and foreign-owned enterprises. She has built a strong reputation for guiding businesses through complex financial and regulatory environments with precision, integrity, and strategic insight.
Her professional experience spans reputable consulting and outsourcing firms, where she managed diverse client portfolios across industries such as BPO, IT, consultancy, construction, import/export, e-commerce, NGOs, and leasing. Pinky has extensive hands-on expertise in compliance and advisory matters involving the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Local Government Units (LGUs), PEZA, and BOI.
Currently pursuing her Juris Doctor degree at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP–Manila), Pinky strengthens her accounting practice with a growing legal foundation, allowing her to provide clients with a more holistic, risk-aware, and forward-looking advisory perspective.
